The design intent in this booth is to convey the
feeling of an ideal real shop. The three product categories (bakery, patisserie
and chocolate) are separate freestanding structure entities allowing the visitor
to navigate around them. Continuity is achieved through spatial, visual, and
tactile considerations, namely white furnishings with common design language,
clean lines and a sleek overhead metope. The metope is used both to bring out
the human scale and as a means to communicate the company’s corporate identity
and by its continuing folds it intensifies the sense of flow.
