This apartment is located on the 7th floor of a typical Athenian building with multiple views towards the Acropolis and Lycabettus on one side and mount Ymittos on the other. The basic layout is maintained as the living areas are located on the front façade of the building while the sleeping areas are located on the rear. A full rearrangement of the kitchen area as well as the bathroom spaces is taking place. In the living area, a new fireplace is installed. Furthermore, on the main 10m long wall, a white lacquer and oak system of hidden cabinets and bar, dominates the space.
